Matthew Shorr of Gray•Duffy’s Encino office was contracted by two different crane company clients, OST Trucks and Cranes and Hill Crane, to revise their Daily Job Tickets to comply with recent developments in California law on indemnity, effective on January 1, 2013. This included amending portions of the Job Tickets’ standard terms and conditions for the client’s indemnity provisions in the context of work performed on commercial projects.
