Discussion

This was a multi party construction defect action in San Francisco. This is a multi use project in San Francisco consisting of fifteen (15) buildings. The major allegations had to do with complaints regarding water intrusion. After extensive discovery we were able to convince the plaintiff and prime contractor that our client, On Spot Welding did not contribute to any alleged damages. The matter settled for $400,000, without any contribution on behalf of On Spot Welding. We were able to obtain a dismissal for a waiver of costs.
