Steven Wood of Gray•Duffy’s Redwood City office, represented a large commercial contractor-developer-landlord in negotiating, structuring and drafting the loan commitment, transactional documents (note, deed of trust, assignment of rents, guaranties, etc.], personal guaranty limitations, and opinion of borrower’s counsel for a $12M loan by a national insurance company secured by a commercial office complex located in Ventura County. The loan process was originated and closed prior to the originally scheduled closing date in late October of 2017.
