Allyson Welden is an Associate in Gray•Duffy’s Encino office and has experience in a range of legal matters, including construction defect, personal injury and insurance coverage issues. She previously served as a Law Clerk in the firm, providing research on procedural and ethical issues, and drafting legal documents.
Ms. Welden obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with concentration in United States History from San Francisco State University.
At Southwestern Law School, Ms. Welden was an Oralist in the Moot Court Honors Program and Advanced Rounds Chair on the Moot Court Board of Governors. During law school, she received the following awards and recognitions: Semi-Finals Oralist, Southwestern Intramural Moot Court Competition; Semi-Finals Oralist, Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition; Octa-Finals Oralist, Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition; and Dean’s Merit Award Scholarship Recipient.
