Overview

Jeanine Johnson v. Apple, Inc.

This was an “associational” discrimination case involving Gray•Duffy client Jeanine Johnson, who gave truthful, helpful information to an investigator regarding retaliatory actions taken against two co-employees. Jeanine was demoted, notified of termination, then transferred to a lower position, less responsibilities, and stripped of her support team. After a somewhat drawn out negotiation, partner George Camerlengo negotiated the above severance.
