Sameena Saheem is a certified paralegal with particular expertise in insurance defense litigation. She has a proven track record of managing complex legal cases and providing exceptional support to the firm’s attorneys, including coordination with clients, insurance adjusters, experts and outside counsel; drafting pleadings and motions; managing and tracking court deadlines, filings and case milestones; and communicating with witnesses for depositions and compiling case information.

At her previous firm, Ms. Saheem played a pivotal role in securing a judgment of approximately $300,000 for a client in a case that spanned nearly two decades.

Ms. Saheem obtained her Certification for Paralegal Studies as well as an Associate’s in Psychology from College of the Canyons.
