Yolanda M. Saltsman, HR Director/Administrator for Gray•Duffy, LLP since 1985, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She works directly with the Managing Partner on implementing the firm’s marketing and recruitment programs and on various administrative and monthly accounting projects.
She supervises the office services department and oversees the firm’s front office legal support staff. Ms. Saltsman is responsible for all HR issues including annual Federal and State updates and revisions to the firm’s Employee Handbook. She is responsible for the coordination of firm social events, advertising, all subtenant issues and office space leasing.
Ms. Saltsman is the liaison between the Encino office and the firm’s branch office in Redwood City, California where she travels regularly to participate in administrative projects and oversee support staff.
Ms. Saltsman’s education and background include more than 40 years in office administration/human resources and accounting in a legal environment.
