Discussion

State Farm v. Ledbetter On April 27, 2016, plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance sued Louis Ledbetter for reimbursement paid to State Farm’s insured for claims arising out of an automobile accident. On June 29, 2016, Louis Ledbetter filed a Cross Complaint against Helen Josephine Thorin for Comparative Indemnity, Contribution and Declaratory Relief. Gray•Duffy was retained to represent the interests of Ms. Thorin. Before it was necessary for an appearance or the filing of any documents in court by Ms. Thorin, Mr. Faucher successfully negotiated a resolution to the entire litigation. On about January 4, 2017, releases were executed and dismissals, with prejudice, were signed by State Farm and Mr. Ledbetter.
