Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee LLP (GDEL) is a well-established, mid-sized boutique law firm with offices in Woodland Hills and Redwood City. For decades, we’ve built a strong reputation for excellence in civil litigation, with a particular focus on personal injury, construction defect, business litigation, and employment law. Now, we’re looking for a driven and capable Associate Attorney to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney at GDEL, you’ll work directly with seasoned litigators on high- stakes cases, handling everything from discovery and motion practice to trial preparation and courtroom appearances. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your litigation skills, build client relationships, and play a meaningful role in resolving complex legal matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing clients in court, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Providing strategic advice on legal disputes and transactions
- Negotiating settlements and advocating for client outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a mid-level associate with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in litigation.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–6 years of litigation experience, especially in personal injury, construction defect, or business litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Courtroom or deposition experience (preferred but not required)
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to build lasting client relationships
- Admission to the California Bar and in good standing
