Gray•Duffy obtains favorable verdict for Plaintiffs in a breach of oral contract case related to business services rendered

Attorney Nathan Lee of Gray•Duffy’s Encino office represented the Plaintiffs in a breach of oral contract lawsuit against Defendant regarding business services rendered by Plaintiffs to Defendant.

Gray•Duffy filed a lawsuit asserting that the Plaintiffs rendered business services to Defendant pursuant to an oral agreement.  After receiving the benefit of the services, Defendant refused to pay Plaintiffs pursuant to their agreement.    

Following a multiple day, in-person trial, Gray•Duffy obtained a favorable verdict in favor of Plaintiffs, including prejudgment interest, as well as costs, awarded against Defendant.
