$200,000 Settlement Achieved for Plaintiffs in Car vs. Pedestrian Accident
April 2023
Partner Nathan Lee represented the plaintiffs, a mother and minor daughter, who were struck by a vehicle while walking in a crosswalk. The mother sustained bodily injuries and the daughter suffered a laceration to her chin, among other injuries.
The mother’s case was resolved for the bodily injury liability per-person policy limits of $100,000. The daughter’s case required filing a Petition for Minor’s Compromise in the Los Angeles Superior Court. That case also resolved for the bodily injury liability per-person policy limits of $100,000, and the Judge has approved Gray•Duffy’s Petition for Minor’s Compromise.
