3. How much do you need to deposit with the court if you want a jury trial?

a. $150. This is only the deposit and you will need to keep paying the fees for each day of trial. Additionally, the initial deposit is due at the first Case Management Conference (with a couple of exceptions) and they are nonrefundable. Return to Newsletter.
