Timothy Thornton to Equity Partners

Encino, CA – Gray•Duffy, LLP, a law firm representing business, commercial and real estate clients, as well as insurers and policyholders, announced that Michael S. Eisenbaum and Timothy M. Thornton, Jr. have been promoted to equity partners in the firm. Both are resident in Gray•Duffy’s Encino office. “We’re pleased to promote Mike and Tim in recognition of their accomplishments and leadership within the firm,” said Gary Gray, Managing Partner of Gray•Duffy. “They have worked tirelessly to drive the firm forward and deliver positive outcomes for our clients. We look forward to their continued contributions in this role.” Mr. Eisenbaum has a diversified practice which includes extensive litigation experience. He has successfully represented hundreds of individuals and businesses in the areas of premises liability, contract liability and enforcement, construction defect, product liability, professional liability, personal injury and property damage litigation. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, and is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Thornton has more than 25 years’ experience providing legal counsel on insurance-related matters, such as mass torts, toxic torts and exposures, and environmental contamination. He also handles matters in insurance coverage of intellectual property, entertainment claims and sexual abuse as it relates to religious entities. Mr. Thornton obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and is admitted to practice in all State Courts of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts.
