I write this with mixed emotions of pride, joy, sadness and accomplishment. As of January 1, 2022, I have passed the Managing Partner torch to Mike Eisenbaum’s capable hands. This has been a long and rewarding journey for me, and the success the firm has experienced and will go on to achieve, has been through the diligence, skill and dedication of every attorney, paralegal, administrative and staff member I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside. Moreover, we would not be where we are without the longstanding client relationships developed in our 35+ years of practice.

While I will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations, I will provide input and perspective as the need arises. Know that the firm’s ownership and management team are committed to long-term success and have ensured a seamless transition for clients.

It has been an honor to work with my colleagues and I am grateful for the trust clients placed in me all these years. I hope our paths continue to cross and wish each of you a future that has been as rewarding and fulfilling as my past has been, and for that, I thank you.

As many of you know from working with Gary throughout the years, he leaves big shoes to fill. I have learned so much from him as a mentor and lawyer in my 23 years at the firm, and I am humbled he has the confidence in me to continue building upon our success. I’m grateful to be taking over a practice with a deep bench of legal and professional talent, financial stability, and an exceptional client base. My mission is to carry on this legacy for many years to come.  

We began the Managing Partner transition nearly a year ago and I would like to say a special thank you to our staff for their tremendous support and assistance during this process. Because of them, everything has been seamless. 

Going forward, our clients will continue to experience the same high-level service and commitment they have come to expect. While I have taken on additional responsibilities, I will still be handling significant cases for my clients and be directly involved in their matters.  

I look forward to our ongoing work together and am excited to lead the firm into a new chapter.
