No-Payment Resolution Secured for Rental Property Owners in Habitability Case

GDEL successfully resolved a case involving habitability claims filed against our clients Bronx 1 LLC and Queens 1 LLC, and other defendants.  We were able to settle the case with no amount paid by our clients, who were two of many rental property owners that were sued. The other defendants paid out the settlement, and the case was dismissed with prejudice, fully resolving all claims against our clients.
