Lawsuit Dismissed Against Property Owner in Premises Liability Case

GDEL represented a property owner in a case involving a 10-year-old boy who fell from his scooter while riding on a public sidewalk. The City of Glendale was also named as a defendant. After establishing that the property owner bore no liability, the case was dismissed against our client without prejudice.
