Allen Peter Fagan v. Robert Buzek, et al. Gray•Duffy represented an independent contractor, a property owner and a construction company that was leasing property in a personal injury lawsuit where the plaintiff sustained injuries to his right leg after being hit by a forklift driven by the independent contractor. The plaintiff’s statement of damages totaled nearly $136,000, consisting of past medical expenses, future medical expenses, and pain and suffering. Gray•Duffy prevailed on a motion for summary judgment against the plaintiff.
