Gray•Duffy Negotiates Dismissal of Defendant in Premises Liability Lawsuit

Plaintiff suffered an injury on the property where it was alleged Gray•Duffy’s client had done maintenance work. The Plaintiff filed a premises liability lawsuit claiming the Defendant was negligent in his maintenance, control and repair.

Attorney Samantha Kim proved the Defendant had not done any maintenance work during the time the Plaintiff was injured and secured a dismissal in April 2024.
