Samantha H. Kim

Samantha Kim is an Associate with Gray•Duffy in the firm’s Woodland Hills office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury and construction defect.

Prior to joining Gray•Duffy, Ms. Kim operated her own firm, the Law Offices of Samantha H. Kim, for more than a decade where she provided a range of legal services to her clients.

Ms. Kim earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School where she was awarded the Southwestern Public Interest Commendation for demonstrating her dedication to public interest law activities. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University at Northridge. While at CSUN, she served as the Vice President of the Economics Association and was also awarded a Plaque for Distinction in the Study of Economics. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 2012.

As someone who recognizes the importance of giving back, Ms. Kim also volunteers her time and efforts with various organizations and individuals. This includes the Korean Resource Center’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival Clinic, at VITA (a volunteer tax assistance program), providing bankruptcy assistance for low-income clients as well as helping with fund raising efforts for the Korean American Bar Association.
