$100K Settlement Obtained for Bicyclist Hit by Vehicle

Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP’s client was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle, sustaining a fractured scapula and facial lacerations. Attorney Nathan Lee secured a settlement for the $50,000 bodily injury liability policy limits in the first phase of the case from the at-fault driver and her auto insurer, GEICO. Attorney Stepan Naldzhyan resolved the second phase of the case which was the underinsured motorist bodily injury claim (UIMBI) against our client’s first party auto insurer, National General, which resolved for UIMBI policy limits of $50,000. This brought the total recovery to $100,000 for our client.
