Matthew Shorr of Gray•Duffy’s Encino office negotiated an extensive subcontract agreement involving the Manzana Wind Farm Project for a client, and prepared an office rental agreement for another.

Discussion

Mr. Shorr negotiated a subcontract agreement for Hill Crane Service with PAR Electrical Contractors for the Manzana Electrical Collector Installation, a project being constructed by Iberdrola Renewables.  Manzana is a 246 megawatt wind farm that will be located in Kern County and built by PG&E. On behalf of another client, a crane service provider, Mr. Shorr prepared an office rental agreement to cover the office space rental to various subtenants at the crane company’s yard in Ventura, CA.
