Partner Timothy Thornton has been appointed to the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Insurance Institute Task Force for the 2018-19 bar year. The Task Force aims to be at the forefront of thought leadership and emerging issues, and provides cutting-edge, nationally recognized CLE programs, articles and activities that enhance professional development, ethics, diversity and public service. ABA TIPS serves as a source of knowledge and leadership on trial practice and critical issues of justice that involve tort and insurance law.
