Gray•Duffy Achieves Positive Result for Client in Dispute Over Sale of Home

Partner Erin Tenner successfully partnered with former Gray•Duffy partner, David Fisher, to obtain a positive result for a client who was selling a high-end home and discovered, after it fell out of escrow, that the buyer had changed her mind because another house she wanted came back on the market. The buyer argued that under the standard real estate purchase contract she had the right to terminate the transaction because she had not given notice that contingencies had been satisfied.
