Partner Timothy Thornton moderated the ABA TIPS Section Conference panel which discussed common coverage issues involving additional insureds such as the scope of additional insured coverage, common coverage gaps, the intersection of additional insured coverage with indemnity agreements, and strategies for resolving coverage disputes involving putative additional insureds. The panel also examined recent, notable additional insured coverage decisions and provided insight on varying issues that will continue to drive litigation in the future.

The conference was held May 1 – 4, 2024 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel.
