Patrick Roberts of Gray•Duffy’s Encino office was hired by a luxury home builder to assist in preparing final contract documentation for construction projects related to building custom, luxury residences. This included detailed negotiations with the owners’ counsel as to the terms and conditions, including modifications to a detailed indemnity agreement and providing proposed modifications to the contract documentation.
