Prominent Real Estate Attorney Steven G. Wood Joins Gray•Duffy’s Redwood City Office As Of Counsel

Redwood City, CA – Gray•Duffy, LLP, a law firm representing business, commercial and real estate clients, as well as insurers and policyholders, continues to expand its real estate practice with the addition of Steven G. Wood, who joins the firm’s Redwood City office as Of Counsel. Mr. Wood has more than 30 years’ experience advising and representing commercial real estate investors, brokers, developers, tenants and landlords in a variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, commercial broker arrangements, easements and right of way agreements, commercial and residential lender-borrower negotiations and documentation of real property and mixed collateral secured loans. “With a focus on growing our real estate department, we knew it was critical to bring someone with Steven’s skill set into the firm to extend our capabilities,” said Gary Gray, Managing Partner of Gray•Duffy. “The depth of his real estate work offers tremendous opportunities to serve our clients statewide.” Prior to joining Gray•Duffy, Mr. Wood was with Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in the northern California office.
