Gray•Duffy Secures Dismissal of Property Management Company in Dog Bite Lawsuit

Attorney Samantha Kim represented the Defendant, the owner/manager of an apartment complex, in a dog bite case. A tenant suffered a dog bite on the property and filed a lawsuit against Gray•Duffy’s client for premises liability and negligence, in addition to suing the dog’s owner.

Following depositions and discovery, Samantha demonstrated the lack of any viable liability and demanded a dismissal. Plaintiff’s counsel ultimately agreed, and the case was dismissed against our client in June 2024.
