Michael Eisenbaum and Timothy Thornton Present at RIMS Los Angeles “Joint Education Day”

Gray•Duffy partners Michael Eisenbaum and Timothy Thornton are speaking at the Los Angeles Chapter of Risk and Insurance Management Society’s “Joint Education Day” being held on November 14, 2018 at the Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena, CA. Mr. Eisenbaum is participating on the panel “Indemnification Provisions” which will provide an analysis of contractual indemnification clauses, the interplay between those clauses and so-called anti-indemnity statutes, as well as current developments in the law concerning these issues, including what makes an indemnification agreement enforceable and how courts analyze indemnification clauses. Mr. Thornton is speaking on the panel “Additional Insurance Coverage” which will provide an analysis of additional insured endorsements, variations in standard language of such clauses over time, and current developments in the law concerning these issues.
