Senior Associate

Matthew Einhorn is a Senior Associate with Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP in the firm’s Woodland Hills office. His practice encompasses all facets of civil litigation, including business, construction, commercial, real estate, and personal injury matters. He has represented clients in mediation and arbitration, as well as in bench and jury trials in Los Angeles Superior Court, and has briefed and orally argued civil appellate matters before the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.

Mr. Einhorn has successfully defended clients in complex, multimillion-dollar civil litigation and brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to matters from initial assessment through resolution, including trial when necessary. He develops and executes litigation strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, leveraging complex discovery, dispositive motions and other litigation tools to position clients for the strongest possible outcome.

Prior to pursuing a career in civil litigation, Mr. Einhorn honed his communication skills in the fast-paced world of Saturday Night Live and Paramount Pictures. His entertainment background brings a creative edge and distinctive perspective to his litigation practice, helping him present complex issues in a clear and persuasive way.

Mr. Einhorn obtained his J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
