Damaris Martinez is a certified paralegal with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of litigation, including insurance, real estate, personal injury and other civil litigation issues. She has expertise preparing and filing complaints and other pleadings in Superior Courts and Federal Courts; drafting preliminary objections and legal memoranda; conducting discovery; analyzing court rulings; and handling billing and reimbursement matters.

Prior to joining Gray•Duffy, Mrs. Martinez was a Paralegal for Farmers Insurance Exchange Subrogation Legal Services Department where she managed litigation related to property and auto cases.

Mrs. Martinez obtained her Paralegal Certificate from ICDC College in California. She is bilingual in Spanish.
