Daniel Outwater

Daniel Outwater is an Associate in Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP’s Woodland Hills office. His practice focuses on civil litigation matters, including construction, business disputes, employment law, real estate and personal injury. He also has expertise in municipal, land use and tort law. 

Mr. Outwater obtained his J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he excelled academically and held editorial roles with Chapman Law Review. During law school, he served as a law clerk at Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee and the Santa Ana City Attorney’s office, where he gained significant experience drafting pleadings, motions, complaints and deposition outlines, gathering critical information for discovery and conducting legal research for complex cases.  

He speaks conversational Spanish and has been a volunteer with the Boys & Girls Club of Emerald Valley.
