Chief Financial Officer/Operations Manager

As Gray•Duffy’s Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager, Cynthia Thomas oversees office management, human resources, facilities, accounting and administrative needs for the firm. Ms. Thomas’ expertise includes legal compliance, document preparation, legal billing and bookkeeping, and human resource management.

Active in the American Bar Association Law Practice Division, Ms. Thomas serves as the Chairperson of the Lawyer Management & Leadership Committee, and is a Board Member and the Associate Editor of Law Practice Magazine.

Ms. Thomas obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Mount St. Mary’s University and University of California, Los Angeles. She has a certification from the Association of Legal Administrators in Law Firm Management: Essential Competencies for Legal Administrators and successfully completed the UCLA Extension Legal Secretary Training Program.
