Stephan Mihalovits

Associate

Stephan Mihalovits is an Associate with Gray•Duffy and an experienced trial lawyer, having spent most of his career defending personal injury lawsuits throughout California. Mr. Mihalovits’ practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury, construction defect and public entity defense matters.

A published author in outlets such as the Daily Journal and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s Valley Lawyer, Mr. Mihalovits often writes on legal topics such as post-judgment remedies for commercial entities. In the community, he has served as a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley and as a fundraiser for Executives Supporting the Los Angeles Jewish Home.

Mr. Mihalovits graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a double major, and then went on to obtain his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While earning his J.D., he was a judicial extern for Justice Steven Z. Perren in the California Court of Appeal, a staff editor for the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and a writing advisor to first-year law students.
